We work mostly from our corporate offices in Shoreview/North Oaks as well as from our home office in Blaine. Our full-time Associate and Client Care Manager, Kelly Becker is also a licensed Realtor. Kelly is typically in the North Oaks office 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and we are often there from 11:00 am onwards so we catch 90% of our phone calls "live." Nimi also has a real estate license. Nimi does a lot of the on-site work, including signage, deliver contracts, take photos, etc. Kelly also does occasional open houses or shows houses when we get very busy. Kelly's involvement allows Nimi and Ray more time to spend working with and for their clients. Kristine Evanson is our part-time virtual assistant. Kelly and Kristine handle our printing and advertising needs and manage our many websites.
